Make your YouTube channel social
We’ve already explained how you can create a professional video channel in video-sharing site YouTube (http://www.youtube.com); for instance, a presentation of your business products. YouTube has recently introduced another new feature: the Moderator function. This allows your customers to give comments, post ideas and ask questions about a specific topic. Other users can vote on these comments; in this way the most relevant posts emerge automatically. Therefore, you can create a fully-fledged social platform which can dramatically improve interaction with your customers. This function is activated as follows: click on your username at the top and select My Channel; Modules; Moderator. A condition is that your YouTube account should be linked to a Google account (you can still configure this if necessary). You can now enter a specific topic, and then it’s up to the users of your channel to respond.
