New toolkits. The Taxman is continuing to publish “toolkits” designed to help you fill in your tax return without errors. These pick on problems that crop up regularly with tax returns and offer solutions. On the whole they make a pretty good job of it. This time the Taxman has chosen to look at company losses and capital gains (see The next step).
Worth a look. If you find yourself stumped on how to work out a figure for losses or capital gains to declare on your company’s Corporation Tax return, these toolkits are a good place to start looking for an answer.
