Google Maps: more relevant information

The apps and the website of Google Maps ( http://maps.google.com ) have again been revamped. First of all, you will (shortly) get to see information which is especially relevant to your current session. Depending on the option you’ve selected in the route planner - e.g. driving, or public transports - items such as petrol stations or train stations will be shown. When you opt for walking, different relevant points of interest will be shown. These points of interest are now also given distinctive colours: restaurants and cafés are marked in orange, shops in blue, hospitals in pink, etc.

Google Maps will (shortly) display relevant information which is attuned to your current session (e.g. public transport or driving). The points of interest are now given distinctive colours.
