Don’t be late with your accounts

Different hours. The various Companies House (CH) offices are adopting slightly different opening hours over the festive season. You can view these on its website (see The next step).

No excuses. CH says it will not accept seasonal postal delays or the closure of its offices as an excuse for not filing your company’s accounts on time and a penalty will be charged. So make sure you’re on time!

A penalty will be charged for accounts submitted late to Companies House (CH). Seasonal postal delays and CH office closures won’t count as an excuse for lateness so allow extra time when posting documents.
