WeTransfer goes mobile
You’re probably familiar with WeTransfer ( http://www.wetransfer.com ) as a practical online service for sending (large) files. A mobile application of this service was launched recently. Currently, it’s available only for iOS devices, in the iTunes Store, but an Android alternative is currently being developed.
This free app lets you send files up to 10GB via your iPhone or iPad. This is convenient for sending, for example, photos or videos, but remember that you may easily exceed the data limit of your 3G or 4G subscription in this way. So it’s best to postpone sending the files until a Wi-Fi connection is available.
