What’s a BI 510 accident form?
The Accident Book, or BI 510 form, is required by law to record and report details of specified work-related injuries and incidents. It enables businesses to comply with the social security and health and safety legislation, including the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013 . The book contains 50 perforated accident record forms. It can be purchased direct from the HSE from £6.67 (see The next step ). Tip.
